Intérêts de recherche 

– L’exploitation des potentialités microbiennes et des outils de biologie synthétique, afin de dégrader, revaloriser et dépolluer des matériaux contaminants (le gypse ; métaux lourds) au sein des écosystèmes. Cette démarche intègre la microbiologie environnementale, la biologie synthétique, l’enzymologie et la purification de protéines pour apporter des réponses innovantes aux enjeux environnementaux contemporains.

– Enzymes Microbiennes et Bioremédiation : Exploiter les enzymes microbiennes pour catalyser la dégradation des polluants environnementaux.

Nous voulons combiner les forces de la nature et les avancées technologiques pour relever les défis environnementaux et promouvoir une économie circulaire.

  • Biologie synthétique: Améliorer les capacités de dégradation des micro-organismes par ingénierie génétique (Clonage de gènes, optimisation de voies métaboliques);
  • Purification de protéines: Isoler et caractériser les enzymes impliquées dans la dégradation des polluants (Chromatographie d’affinité, échange d’ions, et filtration sur gel).

 

– Interaction hôtes-pathogènes: cas des bactéries infectieuses;

  • Trouver des anti-virulents pour combattre la résistance aux antibiotiques.
  • Criblage de molécules chimiques afin de trouver des molécules chimiques capable d’inhiber la pathogénicité.

 

– Test de diagnostic par multiplex-PCR

  • Constructions des amorces et de sondes de détection.
